Returns Policy
For a return to be valid, we must receive your order returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery for French customers or 21 days after delivery to international customers.
Items returned after this period will not be eligible for reimbursement and there will be charges to return the goods to the consignor. Please note that we reimburse the original cost of the item, not the shipping costs.
All items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Not all goods that have returned to us in an inappropriate condition will be eligible for reimbursement and will be returned to the consignor.
Please send all returns by tracking mail as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Items sold by weight are not eligible for reimbursement. They are intended for resale and, therefore, cannot be returned.Mystery Box:
Mystery boxes, because of their randomness, cannot be returned. The unpredictable nature of the products included in these boxes makes it difficult to manage returns fairly.
