Article 1 – Purpose

These conditions govern the sales by the website united-vintage.com of used clothing and accessories. As a result, objects may have certain traces of wear. These shall be notified in the description. The prices of our products are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs.
All orders regardless of origin are payable in euros.
United-vintage.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of united-vintage.com until full payment of the price.

EXCEPTIONS IN RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
The provision of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and the performance of which began after the prior express agreement of the consumer and expressly renounces his right of withdrawal.

The provision of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
The supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for contracts for subscription to such publications.
Transactions concluded at a public auction.
The provision of digital content not supplied on a material medium which has begun after the consumer has given due notice and expressly waives his right of withdrawal.

Article 7 – Availability

The products sold by the website united-vintage.com are sold in a single copy. As a result, the coin will go to the first user to place his order. Subject to acceptance of payment.

Article 8 – Delivery

The products shall be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process within the time indicated on the order validation page.
In the event of a delay in dispatch, an e-mail will be sent to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time indicated to you.

In the case of deliveries by a carrier, United-vintage.com cannot be held liable for delay in delivery due exclusively to the customer’s unavailability after several appointments.

Article 9 – Guarantee

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All complaints, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made by e-mail to info-united-vintage.com within 30 days of delivery.
The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them together with all the items (accessories, packaging, etc.). The cost of sending and returning shall not be borne.

Article 11 – Law applicable in the case of disputes

The language of this contract shall be the French language. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
